cGMP system, we require each product to be safe and with no
defect. It will then extend rapidly from the OTC products
to the prescription medicine. And through technical cooperation
with foreign institutes, we will upgrade our drug manufacturing

Our company was founded in 1956. The factory was established
in Taipei. At the beginning, we produced traditional Chinese
herb products. In 1965, we started to produce chemical medicine.
We then became a complete herb and chemical medicine manufacturer.
In 1986, our present chairman Mr. Wu Shen Wan took over the
company. Based on the principle of "conscience work,
moral drug producing" principle, we planned "GMP",
the good manufacturing practices, and started the construction
of GMP factory at Hsin Wu, Taoyuan site. In 1988, we were
approved as GMP drug manufacturer. In 1998, to upgrade GMP,
we planned cGMP, current Good Manufacturing Practices. With
the building expansion and the construction of cGMP building
at the same site, we upgraded equipment. We purchased high
class, advanced, fully automatic production equipment, precision
testing instruments and research equipment from German, Japan,
England and USA etc. developed countries. Our employees are
fully trained for the operation. We use diligent and excel
ourselves spirits to practice cGMP system. In June 2001, the
government approved that U.C. Pharma is the cGMP pharmaceutical
factory.
Our Chairman indoctrinates our employee to insist on "
conscience work, moral pharmaceutical manufacturing "
principle, that is,

Then require effectiveness : then require the effectiveness
of drugs.
Chairman Wu believes that: "good trademark comes with
good products, with good trademark then there can be everlasting
enterprise." Because of his emphasis on product quality,
Mr. Sui Yeh Jing Ping, director of HOYU Co., Ltd. Japan, praised
him. He considered that this is consistent with the principle
of his drug manufacturing company and decided to carry out
technical cooperation with our company. Now, U.C. Pharma𠏋
OTC products (home medicine) are popular in Japan, Hong Kong,
China and America. At the same time, U.C. Pharma superior
medicines are used by Taipei Veteran Hospital, Chang Gan Hospital,
Tse Gi Hospital, Chang Hwa Christian Hospital, China Medical
College and Chung San medical School etc. We have also been
affirmed and relied on by medical community and major hospitals.
To maintain the highest quality, U.C. Pharma established designated
department, it is responsible to purchase high quality raw
materials and drug grade packaging materials from countries
overall the world. This is to maintain stable drug quality.
